The Twilight Shuffle 5k (3.12 miles) is a GREAT opportunity for athletes to practice running at an event that is "similar" to what our meets will be like. Not only is this great practice, but it is a great way to get involved in our community. Even better, PARENTS can run with their kid/s (or in front of them... or behind them). This button links to the race website.
